Born and raised in France and living with our kids in Canada for 8 years now, we discovered Tulum 15 years ago thanks to our friends...We immediately fell in love with the small fisherman village. 15 years later, Tulum has grown tremendously but the charm is still operating to us. Welcome to our Casa Palmera: a quiet place to live "Tulum" and that offers enough room for 2 families to be at ease !

Location
The house is in La Veleta which is 10 minutes walk from the Main Street and his bars and restaurants, 15 minutes bike from the beach thanks to the newly opened Avenida Kukulkan.
La Veleta is a booming district near the Cristal cenote and the Escondido cenote.
Kukulkan and Palenque avenues are surrounded by local & international restaurants, chic cafes, and friendly fish and seafood restaurants.

To us, the Cenotes are a must. 10 minutes drive from Casa Palmera you will find 3 Cenotes in which you might sense why they were considered passages to the underworld by the Ancient Mayas.
